Brig. Gen. Joseph Ewers is scheduled to take command of the 10th Mountain Division and Fort Drum from Maj. Gen. Scott Naumann during a ceremony at 11 a.m. Thursday on Sexton Field.
Naumann assumed command in May 2024. He previously commanded the division’s 1st Brigade Combat Team and served as its chief of staff.
