A great many of these are estates being settled, property moving into or out of a family trust, a spouse being added to a deed, or a parcel taken by a municipality — those are recorded at $0 or $1 and are marked Not a sale here. Only the ones showing a price changed hands for that price.

Counties publish on their own schedule and revise their reports, so a recent sale may not appear for several weeks. St. Lawrence County’s published report currently runs further behind than the other two.
