The Watertown Planning Commission unanimously recommended denying a request to change the zoning for the Ives Hill Country Club clubhouse property at 465 Flower Ave. West.
The 1.7-acre property is zoned Residential A. Developer Jake Johnson is seeking a change to Neighborhood Mixed Use, which would allow the clubhouse restaurant to operate independently of the club’s nine-hole golf course.
