A drug-possession case is scheduled for a jury trial Sept. 14 in St. Lawrence County Court.
Court records identify the defendant as John Cosores, about 61, charged with two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a Class B felony that includes possession of a narcotic drug with intent to sell.
The charges arise from a July 11, 2025 incident. Cosores was arrested the same day by the State Police in Wilmington and has pleaded not guilty. The case is before Judge Gregory P. Storie.

Charges are allegations. Everyone is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in court.
